Garrett, Again super! I have a couple old APG Stiff Felts. Is this one on the way too?
Garrett, I have one of these adverts. J wish I had the hat. This shows the early form (that Edward VII brought back from Bad Homburg) of what was known in English speaking world as the Homburg Hat.1898 Anton Pichler Graz ad
Unfortunately Nothing at all under the band. Thanks! Great looking Breiter München Trachtenhut! Does it have a paper label?

Garrett, I can understand.I do wish these two were on the way. They were what popped up during a quick google image search.
Lovely hat and another nice find, Steve. Never handled a Dermotta before (only seen one listed in an auction).Dermotta Wien, 58 cm possibly mid 1950s. The felt finish and hand are excellent plus easily dry creases. The overall workmanship is fantastic which is standard for Dermotta Wien. Unfortunately the paper label is missing.
Open Crown
Natural Light
Georg, Super find! Wears great too. Always nice to have date stamp for the paper label type.Mayser "Touring" from 1963. Sold at J.F. Reiser in Berlin.
Semi stiff felt with medium soft touch and welted brim edge.

Stefan, Thank you! Dermotta Wien are really well made hats with great felt. I haven't been able to find a non Homburg type.Lovely hat and another nice find, Steve. Never handled a Dermotta before (only seen one listed in an auction).
Stefan, Great find! Really like the felt and ribbon color combination. It's an older one too.Haven't posted this one before. A. Breiter in a size 60. Grey in colour with the bound brim at 6,5m and the crown 11,5cm at the center dent. No liner and it never seems to have had one.
Garrett, Fantastic! I have some of old P. & C. Habig Wien Soft and Stiff Hats with gray sweatbands. This is my favorite one and fairly recent find. I paid a fairly high price for this one but it's really special (at least I think so).
