Wayne, Super find! My guess is that it's mid to latter 1930s. The B.B. Novy Jicin / Neutitschein factory was taken over by JHS in 1938.

Echter Borsalino "Qualità Superiore" "Caffè" "--" "Dragosti", FP 5, possibly late 1930s. This is the 5th hat of a 9 hat find and the 2nd "Dragosti" in "Caffè". The smooth coffee colored Felt is of a medium weight and easily dry creases. Medium width Ribbon with a sporty Bow design. This hat was most likely sold in Eger / Cheb Czechoslovakia (prior to WWI Austria Hungary).

Second Paper Label from the first Echter Borsalino "Qualità Superiore" "Caffè" "--" "Dragosti".

Paper Labels are exactly the same.

J. Hückel´s Söhne "Jota" "Seal Velour", 56 cm, possibly late 1930s. This is the 6th hat (and 2nd "Jota" "Seal Velour") from my recent 9 hat find. The Velour is really fantastic (color, finish, hand) and very pliable. The sweatband is textured and is very soft. The tip patch is in mint condition and the hat appears to have been seldom worn. Luckily this hat fits me even though it's marked 56 cm. This hat was sold by Julius Reiter Eger / Cheb Czechoslovakia (prior to WWI Austria Hungary).

P. & C. Habig Wien "Export Qualität", early 1950s. The felt is heavy in weight but still easily hand creases. The sweatband is really fantastic with very nice P. & C. Habig Wien stamping. As usually the overall quality and form are of the highest order. This hat was made for the famous A. Breiter München hat store (still in business today).

A recent find (and here I was thinking I wasn't seeing Habig hats anymore).
P&C Habig Special Qualität fedora in black. Size 56 with the bound brim at 6,5cm and the crown at 10,5cm at the center dent. Not a lightweight hat by any standard at 138 grams, but some really nice felt with a smooth hand. Usually the Habig hats are "export qualität" instead of "special qualität", but I couldn't tell you what the difference was.
Sold by the Society Shop, a menswear seller still in existence today. The label tells us the hat is from 1959.

With the wider brim binding it is similar in style to the Whippet (there: raised the value by $100 just by mentioning that name).

Here's another recent find. Thought the name Trescher rang a bell and it did; my Hückel Platin velour hat came from that shop. But the liner is what sold it to me.
E. Trescher fedora in black woolfelt. Size 57 with the raw edge brim at 6cm and the crown at 10,5cm at the center dent. Some shape to the brim, but the crown is very soft. Certainly pre-war. E. Trescher was called Hut Trescher later. Allright, so it is woolfelt and it needs some work, but man, that liner. Unfortunaltely no label inside the hat, so no telling who the manufacturer was. The liner logo is not one I recognize.
