Gap 1969..repros

Has anyone seen the repros by gap

I got a pair (sorry dont have the pics yet) in hickory stripe, and belted back.
Real railroad wear.


I can't find anything on those repros they made a while back
Does anyone know what im talking about.

I saw a pair of these in a Gap store in Paris, a few years ago and I was not impressed. They were selfedge of course. However the fabric consistency, shade of denim was not up to par with LVC, Lee Archives, Japonese denim brands. Though it was better than average no name mall jeans. I have several of these and I can make a comparison.
Leaving aside the shortcomings, if you are happy with their fit and the price is right why not going for them?

Not that I wont go for them but I just can't find them.

Its gap so I never expected them to be in par with LVC.

I referred that I have several LVC, Lee Archives, SugarCane, old deadstock jeans. Though no Gap one still.
