G-1 manufactureing dating

I picked up a G-1 earlier and was looking at the tag to try and figure out when it was made. I found a couple of other threads but none of them actually gave any insight as to how to read it or where one might look to find out.

This is the tag in my G-1 and I am guessing it is 66-70 or so? Goat skin? Any help appreciated.

Mil-J-7823D puts it sometime between 1968 and 1971 or 72.

That jacket was made in fiscal year 1970. During that period, the two digits following "100" in the DSA number is the date of manufacture.
