This is a Campus brand (good trad brand here) Shawl Collared Sweater in XL
It IS 100% Acrylic material. Very 1960s! Plastic "football" type buttons. This is a slimmer cut XL:

23" Pit to Pit

22" At the bottom hem.

If it fit me, I would keep it. The color is a really nice deep red.
