FS: Stetson Dexter Chocolate Brown, 7-5/8

I’m offering for sale a Stetson Dexter fedora in medium-heavy-weight, chocolate-brown Imperial-quality felt, size 7-5/8.

I bought this on ebay about a year ago. The crown is creased with a center-dent and slight side pinches.

I have only worn the hat a few times and I have finally decided the high-crown, wider-brim hats don’t look right on me. Now that I have purchased a few custom hats made for me to my exact specifications, I never wear this one; that’s a shame for such a nice hat. So it is time for it to move on to a new home.

I’m not trying to make money on it; I really just want it to go to a good home. My price is about half what I paid on ebay last year: $50 +$15 shipping (US). (A brand new hat like this would cost $185 from DelMonico Hats in New Haven.)

Specs:
Size = 7-5/8
Crown height = 4-7/8” as creased
Hat band = Dark brown ribbon, 1-1/8” grosgrain, with bow, and feather
Brim = 2-7/8”, raw edge
Sweatband is brown leather, gold embossed logo
Liner is dark brown satin.
Shipped in a Stetson box. Box will be wrapped in brown paper, so no tape or markings on your Stetson box.
