As much as I enjoy vintage pieces, I have a really liking toward interesting high quality pieces at a nice price.
| Up for sale we have a great looking Red Tornado Taildragger - based on Freewheeler's Taildragger coat. Red Tornado is a manufacturer out of China which produces some fantastic heritage and workwear pieces. Manufactured with great attention to detail, this jacket is super, and at a fraction of the cost of its Japanese counterpart. Most likely produced from a blend of rare old aviator/military jackets in the U.S. in the 1900s, this jacket has amazing features. The jacket is produced from durable and thick 100% wzed cotton jungle cloth fabric. The thick lining is made from 70% wool and 30% Alpaca wool. Large genuine sheepskin mouton fur collar is thick and luxurious. Talon vintage-style reproduction zipper (with grommets), accompanied by vegetable-tanned, wax-treated leather puller. The unique cross zip custom-deyed corozo buttons each feature a unique texture and pull the jacket together. Motorcycle-style zippered cuffs, hem loops reinforced with alloy rivets. The jacket has a great trim fit to it. Meant to be worn on the shorter and slimmer side. Tagged size 40, but fits a bit smaller, please see the measurements pictured. Please allow a small degree of discrepancy due to human error. I have only worn this jacket a handful of times, and never in weather that was too inclement. Stored on a wooden hanger in a smoke-free home. Doesn't have much signs of wear at all. Received many compliments on this jacket, but need to sell as it runs a bit small for me.
