Selling my one year old one of a kind 125 by Schott. I posted this jacket when it came earlier this year (I think it was March). Never seen a 125 like this before & probably never will unless I custom order. It has built in nylon quilt in crimson. Steerhide. Size 44.

Shoulder 18”
Sleeves 25.5”
Pit 23”.

Standard 125 sizing.

That’s sweet, love the lining. These are great jackets. I’m in a selling phase but if that was a 42, I’d be tempted...

Correction Gail from Schott said the following about this jacket: This was a jacket we made in 2009 based on the style 615. The actual style number for this style was 615i, the "i" representing the Icelandic Cowhide leather used for the jacket. The jacket featured the iridescent Red Rainglow quilt lining. The style was only offered in our line for that one year.

Interesting, I was not aware of that leather. In the pics it looked like their naked cowhide (which a 125 typically is), which is pretty amazing stuff - substantial (I had a Schott 140 pea coat with naked cowhide and it still looked fantastic after two decades of very heavy use and minimal care), yet not bulky. If this is lighter than that it must have an awesome drape once broken in. Now I really wish it was a 42! :)

Gail further said: of course, we do not know if the leather came from male or female animal. The names (steerhide, cowhide, Icelandic cowhide etc) are to describe the finish...

The quilted lining makes it fit like a 42. You should not feel any difference.
