Motorcycle Horsehide Leather Jacket - Speed Demon - By Lost Worlds
New, unworn. Shipped from Egypt.

Since I am new here, and to ensure mutual peace of mind, kindly proceed using this ebay listing if interested.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/225369641184?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=R7A3ZEsnQWm&sssrc=2047675&ssuid=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

The Base price was 2k USD. I made modifications worth 700 USD.
1) Single Rear Panel instead of 2 stitched pieces of Horsehide Leather (+ 195 USD).
2) Crown Zippers (Main +250 USD and Sleeve Zippers +250 USD).

This renders the subtotal price to 2700 USD + 520 USD (Expedited UPS International Shipping) + 400 USD in Local Customs Clearance Fees.

** TOTAL Cost: 3620 US Dollars.
** Asking Price: 1499 USD + 100 USD (Shipping)

The Rear panel modification was opted for to ensure no weak stitching spots, durability and badass look!

The crown zippers are made from zinc alloy. They are no longer produced, a new stock from the 50s. It is considered a collectible as well as the strongest zippers created to hold the heavyweight thick 4.5oz Horsehide and ensure lifelong functionality.

Jacket comes with nickel hardware. Attached with Horsehide belt. Nickel US snaps. Black Satin lining. Nickel Neck Chain. Underarm gussets and action back panel for motorcycle riding. Thick 4.5oz Horsehide Leather, that is anything proof!

Size US 44/ EUR 54 (suit size)
- Sleeve Length: 25.5"
- Back Length: 26.5" (including extended waist) Front: 25"
- Pit-to-Pit: 24"
- Waist: 21"

The jacket weights around 4 kilograms! Yes! However, don't worry, it wears comfortably!

Original Invoice Attached.

Omar,

Would you post the PTP measurement?

Also, is the sleeve measured straight down or around the curve?
Thank you for your interest. and for drawing my attention to the PTP.

Well, the Sleeve length is measured curved, it was actually the measurement given by Stu. I double-checked now though, and I confirm it is 25.5 in curved. But, it is 24.5 in straight!

Regarding the PTP, I attached several photos of me taking the measurement. it is 24-25 inches. Check attachment for an illustration. Please note that the PTP measurement is the stock measurement of the 44R, I can double check with Stu if you wish.

What is the pit to pit measurement ?
GLWS
Hello TREEMAN, and thank you for your interest and drawing my attention to the pit to pit measurement.

I am not an expert like you on TFL :) and it was a bit confusing due to the underarm gussets and the thickness of the hide. So, I attached several photos of me taking the measurement. it is 24-25 inches. Check attachment for an illustration. Please note that the PTP measurement is the stock measurement of the 44R, I can double check with Stu if you wish.

Thank you for taking photographs with the measurements.

Unfortunately this beauty is a bit too large for me. Who ever picks this up will be very fortunate.
Thanks man for your kind comment!

I am facing the same challenge myself. I Just wish I ordered the 42 not the 44. I just wanted to future-proof it for a lifetime of use as my weight fluctuates, but guess I focused so much on the future more than the present XD

But, yea I agree, whoever picks this beautiful beast up, will be definitely fortunate and will enjoy it for the remainder of his life, in good health!

However, I would appreciate it if you can share it with whoever you may think might be interested.

Thanks again!
