Tagged size: 7 3/8 (fits a little snug, could work for a 7 1/4)
It has a sewn overwelt edge.

Crown: 4" (as creased, ~5" open crown)
Brim: 2"
Ribbon: 2"

Overall condition is solid. No moth damage, no loose stitches. It could use some cleaning work. There are a couple of small pinholes in the sweatband where a price tag was attached, but it doesn't affect the integrity of the sweat at all.
