Filson Green Moleskin Vest. Tagged a 46 (24” P2P). I have a 42 and 44 that fit me better, so this one goes. Additional Details in eBay link. Better deal here. Small discoloration (see last pic) that maybe can be cleaned out. No clue. Priced accordingly.

I normally wear these under a leather jacket.
