I got this from ebay, seller described it as soft but they didnt know what it was made of. I took a gamble and got it. Come to find out velour isnt what I am looking for in a hat so hopefully someone here will want it. Title pretty much describes it. It has a 2 inch brim. Here are some pics (clickable):
