FS : Alden 405 Indy Boots 9D

One pair of Alden 405 Indy Boots.
I am asking $150 USD plus $8 shipping in the USA
The boots and soles are in very good condition, though the rubber on the heels are showing wear in the corners. I have polished them with a brown cream polish so they have darkened slightly. I do not have the original flat dress laces, they have been replaced with a sturdier round lace. Original box included.

How does the sizing run on these? I wear 9 Justin boots, 9.5 Converse Allstars up to 10.5 Reeboks. TIA
