I'm selling my Aero Leather Type III.
It was a recent purchase from just a few months ago, and hasn't seen much wear (break-in process barely started).
The reason I'm parting with it is I decided this style is not for me and I prefer longer jackets.
Below are pictures laying and worn, here are the specs / measurements :
- Vicenza leather, dark seal (= dark brown). I would say it's remarkably smooth and consistent with little grain showing, in fact it was a special request I made when ordering as I don't like grainy leather too much.
Absolutely great looking with no noticeable flaws.
- Tonal dark brown stitching
- Copper buttons
- Cotton drill lining, khaki green color
- Two interior pockets (same fabric as lining). Special request when ordering, the accurate no side pocket design is nice and all, but sometimes it's just convenient having these pockets
Measurements : everything but sleeve length is standard Size 36. Sleeve were lengthened a bit from standard length that was rather short. These are the measurements provided by Aero and from what I can tell they are fairly accurate :
- Back length 24" (61cm)
- Pit to Pit 20" (51cm)
- Shoulders 18.3" (46.5cm)
- Hem 17.7" (45cm)
- Sleeves 25" (63.5cm)
For reference, I'm 1.74m tall (5.7ft), weigh 63kg (139lbs) and do a little bit of workout so I have some muscle in the chest. The size is spot on I think looks sharp with a t-shirt and I could also wear it with a light or mid-weight sweater. I would definitely not size up to a 38.
I can ship in most countries in Europe.
For other locations, ask
Price : starts at 800€ + shipping. It's almost brand new and the specs are really classic / can't go wrong with that if you're into this style !
Of course I will provide the original invoice / certificate.
