FS Aero Goat A-2 Seal Brown Sz 48 Like New Condition Minty Fresh!

Still Needing some cash for some projects, so heard thinning has arrived again. I have 2 Nice Jackets for sale

with absolutely minimal to no wear. This one is the Premium Goatskin A-2 from Aero. Rust knits and Antique

Brass Repro Conmar Zipper. This one is done in the Hand Cut, Leather Layered, Hand painted CBI patches from

Aero. This added over $125 to the base cost of $720 for the Jacket. Another $50 for the Red Spun Silk Liner

and Silk Blood Chit Inside pocket. Not to mention the $50 shipping. Count on about $925 or so delivered.

The Red Spun silk Liner is no longer available. The Jacket just slips on and moves easily on the Torso and arms.

Most of my Aero's I had made with this lining. I liked this jacket enough that I bought one to paint and one not

painted. This is obviously the not painted one.

The Goat is thick, and pebbly but remains very supple. I have Goat Jackets by Gibson & Barnes, Lost Worlds,

Eastman, and Aero, as well as original 422a's and G-1s. The Aero Goat is in my Opinion far and above the rest,

except for maybe the Ed Church 422a I sold, it was really something. This jacket has only been worn around

the house to break in. It has never been outside. I can find no fault with the Jacket, the hide and knits are

Flawless.

This Jacket is a "Stock" size 48 from Aero in a 42-15142-P Pattern. I paid right at $800 for the Jacket originally.

Pit to Pit: 26"
Epaulette to End of Leather Sleeve on outside 25.5.this includes the knits"
Epaulette to Epaulette:22"
Down the Back to start of knits: 24"

I live near West Palm Beach. It's 80F usually on Xmas! I get a few days I can wear a Jacket in Jan and Feb,

not the whole 2 months, just a few days! That's why my Jackets look like new. I also have too many Jackets.

It's what we do to put the offering back up top for people to see.
It's not a strictly moderated practice, but I'd say generally I won't do it more than once a week. In other words, don't bump every day and knock other's offerings off the top 'cause you'll draw the ire of fellow members and the guys with the big clubs :eeek:
