FS: 50s Hercules D Pocket by California Sportswear, 42, Steerhide.

Hercules MC jacket with the D pocket. Made with thick, grainy Steerhide. Awesome jacket. Beautiful hide. I have another Herc D pocket in HH, so decided to let this one go.

All Talon zips, all perfect. All pulls present. Also comes with the OG leather belt, sized 42.

Small green paint mark on backside of right sleeve
Inch or so slice on right side of chest. Looks like previous owner did some work on it. He did well as it is hard to see
Few missing stitches on the inside of the bottom hem. Easy do it yourself fix.
Lining needs a cleaning. Or not, your choice. No odors.

I will probably regret selling this one.

Painful to see you selling absolutely the best leather jacket ever made, one that is several times better than any Buco and ten times as rare, for the price of a used 80's Schott. That may or may not have vinyl parts. This jacket has consistently been my grail for the last 10 years. . .

Nice Herc yours, is an inch longer along the back than mine with otherwise similar dimensions, These early Herc D pockets deserve more love than they receive, This jacket belongs in one of Terry's vintage treads

I like the HH on the other one, a lot. It’s a lightweight hide. Probably my only one. French seams are still tight on it too. It’s a tough choice for sure. Damn, maybe I’ll just keep both. Neither one really is common and both are in my D pocket, MC sweet spot. I can’t tell if you are my guardian angel or if you sit on my other shoulder.
