Sadly letting this one go as it is just slightly too small for me, this jacket fits like a slim 42 due to the body lining being so thick. Ok background info on this jacket, I talked to a couple people with way more vintage jacket knowledge than me, cause I'm not really a vintage leather jacket guy, got this jacket in a trade, and from those conversations I was able to figure out the details and history of this jacket. Asking 750 plus shipping, which based on what information was given to me I believe is a fair price for a jacket this rare and in this condition , CONUS much preferred, but willing to ship anywhere as long as buyer understands international shipping might be expensive, paypal FnF preferred
Ok so here are the details:
-1940's sierra in a dark brown with a slightly purplish red undertone
-thick horsehide probably 4oz ish
-body lining is fur on sheepskin
-sleeve and belt area lining is quilted rayon, storm cuffs on the sleeves as well
-original crown main zip
-when jacket was received label was falling off but still in good condition, I went to a good tailor and had it professionally sown back on so I could wear the jacket without worry of the label coming off, shown in pictures
Measurements in inches
p2p-23
shoulders- 19.5
sleeve-25
back length- 27
-according to stuart of LW the fur linings on these jackets are almost always dried out and completely falling apart, this particular jacket is in excellent condition, it has been well taken care of over the years, the lining in the body and sleeves is solid,
If you have any questions feel free to msg me!
