I'm also posting this on the Fountain Pen Network, but Lounge members can have it at $90.
I really didn't want to sell this pen, but I am in dire need of cash.
If I am not wildly mistaken, this is a Sheaffer Snorkel Signature (gold cap band with horizontal lines, white dot).
There is no engraving, and the gold is in pretty good condition, some minor wear. Plastic body has minor scuffs, no engraving on the body either.
Snorkel works magnificently, still able to jet a stream of ink a good distance. I believe this pen is in original condition, as I opened it up to check the sac and the protector stop was still crimped perfectly in place and the sac is still very soft. The point seal and o-ring are also still in marvelous condition.
Nib is a conical Triumph two tone 14kt gold with all the usual markings. Writes a little wet, but is definitely a medium. As usual, no flex. Perfectly smooth nib, no feedback/toothiness to be felt - glassy smooth.
Sorry if the pictures are a bit off, the flash was on it's lowest setting and it it still caused quite a bit of reflection and shadowing. Pictures are very large, so I'm not embedding them.

Absolutely marvelous fountain pen, perfect for a collection or for personal use. The Snorkel Signature was originally sold at $35 - in 1957. With inflation that would be well over $200 new. I'm offering it for less than half of that
