For sale is a Good Wear Dubow 20960 jacket (size 42). Shinki horsehide (in russet) with a fully operating *original* WW2 Crown zipper.

*Signed in lining by the last 2 surviving members of the Doolittle Raiders raid*

Lt. Col. Richard Cole was the co-pilot for their mission's leader, James "Jimmy" Doolittle, in plane No. 1 of the 16.
Staff Sgt. David Thatcher (RIP) was engineer-gunner aboard the 7th plane, nicknamed "The Ruptured Duck," whose crew's crash-landing and evasion of Japanese troops in China was depicted in the movie "Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo."

It was indeed listed but ultimately it was a case of a non-paying bidder. Subsequently it's still available for anybody that's looking to snap it up. The jacket is made with a beautiful Shinki hide that exhibits a broad spectrum of subtle character; combined with the historical Doolittle Raiders signed lining - it makes for a real 'one-off'.
