For sale: Gibson Barnes G-1 40 Tall

Purchased this on ebay a few months ago. It is marked and measures a 40 but would probably better fit a 42, as well as someone over 6', as it's cut long. Very good/lightly worn condition with slightly frayed knits, which is really only a minor cosmetic issue. My guess is the previous owner had it for a while, as it no longer has the new leather smell, and instead has a slightly musk odor (though perfectly wearable). Comes from a smoking home, though scent is minor to none. $250 including shipping to CONUS. Thanks for looking.

Sold (given) to my Dad. He's getting involved with flying again, and it was only right. He'd ordered some horrible unspecified leather patched up Top Gun type jacket with 4 patches on each sleeve for about $350 from a site that's never been mentioned here that also sells Christmas mugs. I gave him my jacket and told him to cancel that order.

Dad isn't wearing it and prefers the patched jacket so it's back with me. I think $150 (includes shipping) is a fair price for this jacket. It's an incredible value, even at full retail price of around $400 IMHO.

Bump. $100. And I haven't smoked since approx. 2016...never wearing the jacket! Also, that "musk" smell has dissipated over time. I actually grew into this jacket. Fits like a long 42. Someone over 6' would probably best fit this one.
