This nice soft wool flannel suit comes with patch pockets, no vent, double pleats, 1 3/4" cuffs, dropped loops, coin pocket, and brace buttons. The coat is also skeleton lined. Excellent condition. It's one of the best quality made vintage suits I've seen in a while. The only thing is it's a small size.
Jacket:
pit-pit... 20 1/2"
shoulders... 18"
sleeve... 23 3/4"
length... 32"
Trousers:
28x30(2" extra to let out the waist)
outer seam... 42"

$95 plus shipping

Too bad the trousers are a bit too small. If they could be altered to a 32x42(outseam), then I would have taken this. The jacket would fit me perfect. :eusa_doh:

That's the problem with boxy cut suits from the early 50s. About 15 years ago I found a primo flecked patch pocket suit. The coat fit perfectly but the pants were 2 sizes too small. It was the original cut too with no evidence of having been taken in at the waist. Oh well...[huh]

You might want to give the Baron a PM.
Yes, the Baron...But I suspect this 50s suit to be too recent a style for his taste.

Bugger, 2 sizes too small.

Great suit anyways.

I had you in mind too. But the waist and inseam quelled that idea.

Well, it's not too 50's. And beggars can't be choosers. ;)

Seriously, that's a good looking suit regardless the era.........
