For Sale: Black Akubra Federation IV Size 58 (actual size = 57)

Hello. I am selling a black, Akubra Federation IV, size 58, purchased from Hats Direct.

The tag reads size 58, but it has shrunk significantly and is now a size 57. The hat has been given a "raiders bash".

The hat was worn extensively for about 3-4 weeks, then not at all. It comes from a smoke-free home.

I am asking $100, which will include shipping within the USA. I am willing to ship internationally, but a shipping quote would would need to be obtained. The hat will be shipped in the original HatsDirect box.

Full disclosure: When I first received it, this hat was taken to a professional hatter where it was bashed and padding was added so that I could wear it until it shrunk. This happened very quickly, being in Arizona (just a few weeks), at which point the padding was removed. During this process, the hatter also re-glued the lining in place, which had come loose. Of course, you would never know it to look at it. The hat is in great shape.
