is the lining wool or polyester?

The lining is synthetic, as far as I know, as opposed to the collar. IMHO, doesn't change much, as long as it's warm (spoiler alert: it is ).

First question, what size would you recommend getting? I'm a 44-45 chest and 6'2 205 with an athletic build. Should I go with the xl or 2xl?
Second question, is there much of weight or quality difference between the goat and the horse hide? I'm ok with the price difference if the quality is that much better on the horse hide. I've read through the thread and another question, should I ask for a 3 piece curved sleeve on this jacket or is the standard design good to go?
