Just a "used" Lee Jacket from off the Bay, but it fits nice now that I can wear 2X instead of 3X. When I hit a Size 48 LOOK OUT!

Looks good indeed. Any pics of the tag? I got one too and I can finally fit into it - but it has a blanket lining and is way too hot for now.
How much weight did you lose? Congrat's! Just get ready to buy more clothes. I gave my last bags to Good Will yesterday!

I felt a little nostalgic and started looking at Levi's jackets on the bay one night when I couldn't sleep. Didn't pull the trigger though. Looks like that is a good fit. You must maintain that routine to keep off the weight. If you are exercising or weight training, the extra muscle you build will help burn a few extra calories as well.

Nice cigar. Don't get the ashes on your new jacket. Continued success with your diet.

I've got a nice 50 Aero A-2 with jerky seal HH and berry knits. She's up on the block too :)
It's more of a 48+ though. Time to start spending Worf's money!

Yeah that's my 1956 Goldenglow Yellow T-Bird. 312 "Y" Block V8 (the Power AND the Glory). Sorry Butte no pics of the tag but I'll look later. I was up to 350 lbs and Type II Diabetes. I'm now more'n a "Happy Meal" into "2FoundLand" and fitting into 2X instead of 3X. I lift so my chest and arms are still about a 52 as opposed to a whatever it used to be.

One more pic!

When I can't sleep, I get up and stare at Joel's new avatar. Talk about burning a few extra calories!

I bought her 25 years or so ago for under 10 large through Hemmings Motor News (pre-internet) from a guy in Costa Mesa Californa. I redid the breaks, tranny and put in a stainless steel exhaust. It's a "driver" no 100 point trailer queen. I had a choice at the time between the T-Bird and Jaguar XK-120 Drop Head. My boss at the time a sweet old cat from the Pacific Northwest said:

"Sure the Jag is prettier... sex standing still... BUT with the Ford you'll know it'll run, first time every time!"

Dana (God rest his soul) was absolutely right. I went with the Yellow Bird. Remember now, I picked this up BEFORE I got a kid, mortgage and all the other money pits of modern life and have managed somehow to hold on to her.

I have a very similar (maybe just like it) Levi jacket I bought about 20 years ago. Got a lot more wear on it now, but it still fits--I think

Edit Note: Oh yea, I like the yellow T-bird also. Looks like about a 1957? I friend of mine in high school had one that was red. I actually think it belonged to his Dad, but he claimed it as his. It was a real girl magnet.
