This jacket is a little over three weeks old. Bought it brand new and it’s in excellent condition—pictures were taken just today (11/2/19).
—Incredible Japanese Horsehide tanning with Aniline finish
—100% Cupra lining. Extremely comfortable and durable. Won’t pile like wool or cotton lining. Comfortable to wear like a shirt! Arms slip right in and out.
—WALDES zipper: easy, positive zips.
—Made with utmost quality in Japan by a respected leather maker, Fine Creek & Co.
I just carefully measured the jacket, laid flat:
Pit-2-pit: 20.25
Shoulders: 16* (see note below*)
Sleeves: 24.25
Back length: 25.25
* Note: The shoulders are special-cut to simulate a “vest” appearance to the black body. The cut on the sleeves allows for wider shoulders than the spec of 16 inches. For example, I typically wear NOTHING smaller than 17.2 in shoulders, but can wear this Fine Creek jacket perfectly. It is a very clean look that gets numerous compliments. (My daughter’s teacher told her that her “dad is quite stylish.”)
The Aniline-finished horsehide tanned leather is amazing, like a significant fabric that drapes to your shape. The zippers function perfectly and easily. The arm creases are just beginning to form with three weeks of wearing, but from pictures I’ve seen on the Internet, this jacket has a long way to go to break in. The new owner will do most of that for this approximately 3-week-old jacket.
You can buy this jacket from one of the Japanese retailers for about $1,350, and then wait feverishly for delivery. Or you can buy this one in excellent condition for less than half the price and get it delivered quickly.
PayPal $650!

I’ve sold a number of jackets here and will continue to sell and interact with this awesome community.
