Wow, that's pretty cool. The white zipper tape is definitely unusual. I think the sleeves might be a bit short for me, but otherwise good. I've never heard of Deck Rider .... and I am trying very hard not to chuckle at the thought of a Kiwi saying that.

Took me a second on the Kiwi thing. Lol. I have a neighbor from there and when I read your post at first glance I was puzzled, but then I just tried to picture him saying Deck Rider and then it suddenly clicked!!!!! :p:D:p:D

You said it Tony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was on this pretty quickly. Seemed like by the time I got done typing the Seller a message there, were already 12 watchers!!!!!!!!!!:confused::confused:

Call me a party pooper, but I freakin despise AUCTIONS WITH A RESERVE..........

Just price the damn thing right from the beginning!!!!!!!!!! Some bogus low price with a hidden huge limit is LAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This sentiment is admittedly from the Buyer perspective...... But if you have a bottom line minimum you'll take, just list it at that price!!! The prospective buyers who would bid on something that is $99.00 are likely not the same buyers who will pay the high reserve that is being kept a secret. To me, the Reserve is a useless sales game. When its already a pretty desirable item, why is a reserve even needed??? You can fish for a wishfully high price by just LISTING IT AT THAT PRICE!!!!!!

Most of the time, I won't participate in Reserve auctions just on principle. Now if the item is really cool, of course, this "principle" gets flat out ignored.....

Cool jacket though--rare size and all. Great back especially for a cross zip IMO. It'll be a fun one to watch!!

I’ve purposely sidelined myself for two reasons:
1. Despite the insane rarity of the jacket itself and it’s size (which quadruples its unicorn-ness) I know damn well it will either go beyond what I’m willing to pay, or I’ll make a decision akin to a drunk freshman girl at a frat party.
2. I have told myself repeatedly I have defeated the cross zip. I have one (single one) in my closet and that I will not find a better fit than it provides. It does not have the vintage allure or straight up concrete balls the Trojan has. But, and it took me God knows how long to figure this out....I won’t best this jacket for a cross zip. I just won’t.
So I will spectate.

Can't argue with the logic because----FACT--a better fitting crossfit than THAT--you cannot find!!!! You are wise in your self awareness to keep your hat out of the ring. It appears the sickness of leather jacket addiction CAN be treated somewhat. Perhaps not cured, but treated over time. You have admirably evolved to the point of intelligent restraint. I'm getting there....... slowly.....

Speaking of concrete balls, we are gonna need em if this one goes for some underwhelming price that we would have easily forked over for it---that'd be a real kick in the balls. I DOUBT with this particular jacket but sometimes you DO end up sayin, "Well shit I'd have paid THAT for it!!" I suppose its "NON BUYER REMORSE".

Well this is why God made a watchlist. LOL. And the silence from jmax is deafening.
