Many Japanese men are tiny by Western standards. Walking the streets of Tokyo and seeing them going to work dressed in pretty tight-fitting suits, I bet a good percentage of them was 34. 32 even... Big enough market for this jacket.

Based on those measurements, the (too short) sleeve length would be the biggest problem for me... although it is somewhat tempting to take the gamble all the same.... hmmm. Kinda hoping someone else buys it first and takes this decision out of my hands lol
