Like what, 2 years? There are some things that came up in this thread that turned me off from the company, including the ridiculous wait times.

My personal experience with field leathers was and is outstanding. He really goes the extra mile to create a great jacket. The only thing you should know is that the wait time is often longer than calculated. But even considering this I am more than happy with his work. It is just more likely that people will write about their experience if it is negative.

t’s generally true that people are more inclined to share their experiences when they have something to complain about. On the flip side, when a new maker is "up and coming," there often seems to be an influx of overly glowing reviews that hype up the products. That was definitely the case during his rise.

I still remember hearing about a customer who sourced their own zippers, only to be told afterward that it was "too much of a hassle" to use them. That kind of response is really disappointing.
