Here's your chance to own a very nice Fepsa beaver fur felt in Black. Pounced and ready to size to either 7 1/8-7 1/4. Brim is approx 2 3/4 -3". Depending on how you block it up.
Asking 75. Shipped conus (Pics don't show how nice this felt is) has a wonderful dense hand to it. Real high quality akin to a vintage Borsalino imo.

If this already had a sweat installed I'd be all over it. I can manage installing a ribbon, but never tackled a sweat.

I understand . This one is a project for who ever wants to try their hand at putting a hat together really.
Size it up on a block, trim the brim, add a sweat, and ribbon .
I am busy with other hats and dont have time for this one .
Felt is fantastic quality
