Ladies,
Does anyone know, or care, about Fashions Art magazine? It appears to have been the female equivalent of Apparel Arts in the 30s. That is, a magazine that would be found in your local ladieswear store. You would flip through the pages and tell the staff what you wanted and they'd get it for you.
Let's say i see them once in a while on eBay (hint hint) and you can pick them up quite cheaply (nudge, wink, hint) as no-one seems to be interested. Not so for Apparel Arts. I'm not particularly interested in Fashions Art - i am a man, after all, and menswear is where my interest lies - but thought i'd send the tip along.
They look like something the ladies here would be interested in. Sorry, can't post live link.
