Fair price for a Dali tie?

I have found a store that has 3; one of which I already have.

They have them priced @ $400 apiece or thereabouts. What do you think?

It depends on the rarity of the tie, however, most Dali ties can be had for under $200. I have, however, watched one on eBay go for over $700... [huh]
