For those in SF with a 7 1/8 Long Oval head,
there's a dream hat in the Repeat Performance
(SF Symphony) thrift shop on Fillmore, as of
this afternoon. It's not a steal at $168 (but I'm
sure you can bargain), but what a hat!
It is labeled as Wilkes Bashford if I remember correctly,
but under the sweat is a PALCO label.
This is one of the thinnest, softest felts I have
ever touched. It is white with a self-felt ribbon.
The sweatband is some of the softest roan I have
ever touched. It's in like-new condition.
