I had the same problem right after I just won 3 anxiety-ridden auctions  Scary. But it came back up for me just a couple minutes ago.

I noticed some auctions with the lovely title "BIG WEY PU**Y" in the vintage section that looked like they were trying to steal passwords (redirects you to a My Ebay page that seemed fake). I think the "auctions" are taken down now, but I just wanted to warn anyone who, like me, cannot help but click on things that have such outlandishly vulgar titles! ;)

Mines working.

That password stealing thing is pretty common everywhere, it's called "phishing". Some will even send you an e-mail to "re-activate" or "update" your eBay or Pay-Pal info. Always look at the top of the screen , in the address bar, and make sure it's really eBay. A lot of sites will look like eBay at first glance, but if you look at the address bar it won't be. If in doubt, don't do it. Plus, eBay won't ask for personal information such as your mothers maiden name, (something they need to steal your identity).

If you Google "phishing", you'll find lots of good tips to keep your info safe. I think eBay has info about it too.
