I sold this nice Mallory Panama on eBay, but it was returned due to "undisclosed" fibers on the inside of the crown pointing down and making it uncomfortable to wear. I was planning to steam those flat again and relist it with that noted. Guess it will need a bit more steam now.

Thankfully doesn't happen very often but sometimes a box will arrive that looks like it was run over at least once by the warehouse forklift.

I don’t think a new commission would be cheaper. His prices are up there these days. This hat has been for sale for quite a while though and no takers.
