I had the highest bid on this and the guy still wants more. Ah eBay Sellers. They always think they can get more.
Cripes 329.00????!!!
Its a very nice fedora but not worth 1/2 that price to any sane person.
I really like this hat. Is this a Whippet?

Ha Ha!Sanity isn't part of the hat collectors vocabulary.

That hat may not be a bad deal if the bidding stays low, you never know it may have some very nice potential! But if the bidding started to go high, I would not risk it unless you know something about that hat to make it worth the cost! I was thinking however, just on the factor it states it is a reject hat on the inside of the hat! Perhaps that by itself is rare? I have never seen any like that, anyone else ever see something like that????
What size it that cap? If you decide you don't want to keep it, perhaps you can allow me to adopt it? I have one nice cap from Randall, and have to admit two "ball caps". Now before you beat me up over the ball caps, one is US Navy related to my direct service to my Country, and the other is a pure white leather made from bullhide that my late father purchased for me about 14 years ago. We'll see if it suits! [huh] No thin ribbon, may be too radical a departure. :eeek:
There are 2 bids on it. There must be someone interested other than me. I haven't bidded yet.
