It's Viva Las Vegas, a big rockabilly weekender that happens in Vegas every spring.

Also note that it's the best time for vintage sellers on Ebay (and the worst time for buyers as far as prices are concerned), because everyone's looking to fill in holes in their wardrobes or pick up new stuff to wear. Many vintage items will go for way over their value on Ebay during the couple of months preceding VLV.
