Sorry, I misread the listing: the vendor believes it is silk rather than linen (or maybe a linen/silk mix).

No kidding. I saw this jacket only a short time ago in person. The silk has a very unique feel. I can't even describe it but it's soft but with a grip like rubber (?) not quite but I can't put it into words.
The cut is very 20s. Almost a jazz suit with the placement of two pockets and the very narrow shoulder. I think it is a very exceptional collectors item.

Indeed. The delicate fabric makes it unique but also shows some rubs (as described by the seller)
It belongs into a collection of somebody who really loves the 20s.

i would have been interested in this jacket if it had been a bit smaller, although it looks a bit marked on the lapels.
