Dobbs Forty!

I just picked-up this Dobbs Forty. According to the seller, it's in fine condition. There are no stains, no ordors and no moth damage. I asked a lot of questions, and I hope he gave me truthfull answers. It looks like a fine hat.
It has a 2/1/2" brim. I'll post pictures when I receive it. Can anybody date this hat or provide any other information.

Beaten again !! At least it's by a fellow lounger. This hat sold for 40.00 when made , so it must be a good quality hat.

It looks similar tho the grey Dobbs I picked up the other day. Very nice catch you got there, but yea, Dinerman's right, they bashed it backwards. Oops.:eusa_doh:
