Do you recognize my car coat?

This belonged to my grandfather. I wore it quite regularly until two winters ago when the right pocket blew out and I lost a couple buttons. Still, I'd like to have it rebuilt and put it back into service (once I have a brown fedora, that is). The name on the tag inside escapes me at the moment, I think it's "Field and Stream" or something of that nature (seems I once heard it was a Sears or JC Penny brand). It has a blue/yellow/green plaid lining and is quite comfortable. I've always thought it was probably from the 1960s, but I've never been sure.
