Department Stores?

Is there a resource available for list of nicer vintage department stores?
I recently found a fab hat with a hat box. The box states The quality Arcade Dept Store
Fort Smith Arkansas with great 1920s or 1930s graphics.
I cannot find anything about the store. The hat is a Wilshire.
I have another fedora hat with a shop from Little Rock but found info on it.

Nice list but not the shop I am looking for. Maybe it was a small boutique?

Found a few links. Has anyone ever heard of that place in Fort Smith? Arcade Dept. Store? Maybe I will contact historical society. Things like this drive me crazy.
I actually found the FL years ago trying to find more info about a Hat maker.
