6 digit phone number (before introduction of area codes - Hong Kong side phone numbers would have a 5 at the start from the middle 70s) puts it somewhere in the 1960s or early 70s, probably. And those big 'ol pocket flaps probably pin it in the early 70s or very late 60s. What's the fly treatment?

I will say that were one to be buying a generic HK tailored suit today, this is exactly what it would look like.
