How well do they fit? I have a little bit wider foot than the average girl, and it's really hard for me to buy shoes online...but these are too cute!
They fit great. I ordered a size 6 which looks like is no longer available. Anyway, I have a wide "bunion area" too and they are so comfortable. Also return shipping is free and 5 bucks off the shoes when you order.
Sunny, I love high heels and find them comfortable but these are so cute and return shipping is free so why not try them? TOO CUTE!!

I wore regular character shoes for tap-dancing. They were my grandmother's ballroom dancing shoes for several years before then. I tapped in them for a good six years and never had a problem. [huh] Maybe it was just my feet! lol

Can anyone offer an opinion on these? I've been really at loose ends for semi-casual shoes for a long time. I adore pumps so much, but I just don't like any modern sandal styles. I'd love to go the Re-Mix route, but I simply can't justify the money at this point.

How close are these to real vintage style? The profile view to me looks really good, with the ankle buckle and a wedge with a nice height but gentle curve. But the toe isn't open and the top view looks... well, I know they're modern, and so I'm afraid they look too modern. I just can't decide. What do you think? [huh]

:D My shoes arrived today as promised. Every gal on this Forum should buy these shoes it they are in your size. Too cute and comfortable. http://www.endless.com/dp/B000IBPBV4/ref=rsl_1-0/?fromPage=mythings These might just be my new favorite shoes and with 300 pair in my house to choose from that is something. (The other 3 pair I got are nice, too.)
OOOhh, that's great to know. I've had them in my shopping cart for a few days now, they were actually the first shoes I found on that site. I finally ordered them tonight, should be here Monday, for I ordered too late in the day to have them tomorrow:(
I'm so glad to hear they are comfortable, it's so hard to find modern heels that are comfy. I think they have a great vintage look. They are soooo cute, I can't wait to get them:)

I also got these by farylrobyin. These have a real art deco feel to them. I think someone else mentioned them, or ones similar to them.

I was sad earlier because I lost 2 shoe auctions on ebay tonight. But feel a little better knowing that I have 2 new pairs of shoes coming.

I got mine too. They are fab!!! When I first took them out of the box I was surprised at how vintagey they looked. They have a good weight to them also.

Huh, Old Pueblo Traders had alot of vintagey stuff! Some of the skirts were pretty good, and one of the shirt dresses was perfect with patch pockets.

These shoes are pretty cute with a low heel Link

I got my Farylrobins yesterday...the deco pump. But they didn't have 1/2 sizes so I bought a 7 and and 8. Cant decide what to do...the 7 stays on the heel but squishes my toes and the 8 will not stay on the heal at all. I guess I can add a lot of cushion to the 8 but one toe pad and a whole insole was not enough, so I guess I'll have to add more padding. Anyway, has anybody added padding, how much and how did it work for you?

By the way the pumps are really cute. I adore them and they don't seem high at all.

I saw those in a print ad last week! In the early 70s when there was a 40s revival my big sis got some like that from Woolworth's that were featured in a teen's magazine article on cool styles found at offbeat stores. I have been searching for shoes like that ever since and there they are! Waiting for price to drop, however.

Mine arrived on-time, and I'm so happy with all three pairs! I tryied them on with my stop staring dresses and they all look fantastic. For the price, you just can not beat it.

I got mine today, yippeee!!
I'm kind of on the fence about the black peep toe pumps by Two Lips. On the one hand, they are darling, have a real vintage look to them. However I'm not too sure if they are a good fit. They are really high, at least to me they are higher than I expected. Also, the right shoe seems to be bigger than the left, but nothing that can't be fixed when I add the gel inserts. I have a feeling they will be "dinner" shoes. Shoes I wear when I choose fashion over function and don't have to do a lot of walking. But maybe once I add the inserts and get used to the heel height I like them more. I do love the look of them.

I absolutely LOVE the Farryl Robbin shoes, the art deco burgundy with faux alligator sling backs. They are even better looking in person and they are the most comfortable heels I've ever owned, even more comfy than Naturalizer. Just a warning though, I ordered my normal size 6.5 and they just fit. If they had the next size up I would return them to get them, for I think that they run a bit short. My toes are at the very tip of the shoe. But shortness aside they are super comfortable. It's so strange, they are the same heel height as the Two Lips, but for some reason the heel is less noticeable on the Farryl Robbin's. It doesn't feel like I'm walking on my tippy-toes when I wear them. It's nice to finally find a pair of pretty vintage-y shoes with a good sized heel that I can probably wear for most of the day:)

I just checked out the Farylrobin website, they have a lot more shoes that are really cute and vintagey I'm just so happy to have found such cute and comfortable shoes, I want to buy more. Also, we are really getting great prices at Endless shoes on this brand of shoes. Zappos also sells this brand, and the prices are at least 3X more!

Those Chinese Laundry shoes are really cute. I love wedges, they are so comfortable. I have a few pairs of Chinese Laundry/Vintage Laundry shoes, they run true to size but the vamp can be kind of low on some of the pairs I have, and they seem to run a bit narrow.

Hi Ladies --

I read though this thread and didn't see a link to this place. The shoes here look pretty cute.. Lots of cool vintage styles and the prices aren't too too steep.

Hey thanks.. I had that one.. they have FABULOUS shoes.. It's almost criminal how much money I can spend on that site..

I actually put a link to another site down below my text up there and that was the site I was referring to when I said that I hadn't seen it yet on that thread.. Yet another place for fabulous shoes..
