Cowhide leather thicknesses and weight of Schott vs. Aero, Eastman, LW, Etc.?

Im just curious as to how thick a Schott cowhide jacket is compared to cowhide used by other manufacturers so I have a point of reference.

Schott uses cowhide that is between 1.2-1.4mm in thickness and 3 oz. weight. How does this compare in thickness and weight to other manufacturers discussed on this forum?
