Corgi BoB display

I just landed this nice Corgi 1:32 display with one of the true characters from BoB: The southafrican pilot A.G. Lewis.

I like these 1:32 scale Corgi planes. Never got around to buying any of them though. No place to put it. My wife has allowed me to have half a propellar and a plane cylinder from a radial engine in the living room. But not more...

Guesse I was lucky. It was produced last year in a limited edition and is - according to Corgi Ltd. - completely sold out.
I don't have room for it either...

Same situation - only 1:32. And 67 years ago. Nice tribute to Lewis and the rest of the Few.

Models

I received a catalog from "Historic Aviation" with some nice die-cast models. Lots of historic aircraft and even battleships for a SWO like me! Can't attest to quality as I haven't ordered anything yet. Where else can you find WW II fighter boxers? Web site is www.HistoricAviation.com

I build up the occasional model when I have time (it has to compete with fly fishing and hunting so it takes a while for me to finish things). Here's the last one I finished. Spitfire IXc of leading Norwegian ace of the War, Svein Heglund:
