have a look at this website and tell everyone what you think,old-town.co.uk.I have no affiliation to these people but i certainly think their range is very interesting!
Not bad but seems slightly too contemporary. There's a company in my home town, and I have no affiliation with them either, they do vintage shirts etc.. to original spec http://www.vintageshirt.co.uk/ some very nice 1920's spearpoint collar shirts...
Old Town are the best. Fantastic cut, great fit, beautiful fabrics. Also, very good prices: you can get a fine, more or less unique suit of clothes for around £400, which is less than Hugo Boss currently charge for their ill-fitting shiny overalls.
I disagree that Old Town is contemporary. For me, their style is straight from The Past, c.1880 to 1930s.
I've bought from the Vintage Shirt people and their shirts are very good quality. However, their trousers are not as well cut and are overlock stitched, giving them overall a much less fine finish than Old Town's. Having said that, they're good trousers; just not as high quality as OT.
To go along with the theme here, I hasten to add that I've no affiliation with Old Town, except for being one of their customers.
Edit: I should have mentioned that OT have been mentioned in many threads and quite a few FL people speak well of them.
I've just had a peek at their Orfords and well, they're very nice indeed. It must have been the guys hair wearing the Vauxhalls that made me think contemporary!
