I think they look good. The lapel holes look to be done by hand, and are properly made straight and not keyholed. The chest pocket is also worth mentioning, because it has a slight curve to it also indicative of hand work. I also really like the fabric. Where did you get this?!

The tie knot, on the other hand... :p

As the good Baron notes, the lapels are very nicely proportioned. However, I am strangely distracted by the 2 lapel holes. While the lapel hole on the right (our right) looks straight, the one on the left looks like a “keyhole.” Of course, this could merely indicate that I need stronger glasses.

They are both straight. Hand made lapel holes have a rounder edge to them, compared the lifeless machine made ones that are perfectly slit.

EDIT: Here's a good example of what I mean.

Marc: I noticed you took off my emoticon. I was poking fun at myself, as I've stated a few times here that I don't like very large tie knots. Besides, Marcello is banned after those comments he made. I certainly hope he doesn't come back.

They look late 1930's to me.

Isn't the gorge a bit low for 30s(-style)? Also, it might be the picture angle, but are the lapels a bit bellowy or curvy on the inside, too?

My comments?

Put those lapels down right now. You'll put your eye out. :D

Seriously, they're very elegant. Only thing I don't like is the low stance of the buttons, which gives it a slightly clumsy look.

Might look different on a person.

Good! In my opinion, the lapels are out of proportion with the rest of the bulk of a suit. The lapels are perfect for a SB peak lapel size, but not for a DB. The eyes aren't drawn to your chest and face- instead it goes straight to the buttons and your midsection (which will be potato sack like due to the lack of notable waist suppression). The lapels are too tiny and don't help create a V- instead, it creates a pear shape. Well, the pear shape was in in the early 20th Century, if that's what you're going for...
