Found this pair of Red Wing 2878 supposedly made for Japan in EE fittings.

I do not live in Japan so don't know if they have wider feet.
I myself wear EE-EEE, so the Danner fit perfectly. All my Church's are in G-width which means wide in UK and almost all Church's Custom Grade models comes in both F (medium) and G (wide) width, so I guess there are many people who wear EE and are not in high school.

I'm an 8.5 and suddenly feel all butch and manly. I just wanted to mention here (as I did on the General Attire forum) that I just found an ebay store called gsiDiscount4U that has some amazing deals. Some of their shoes are returns, but I just found a brand new pair of tan Frey Lace-ups for about $175 that normally go for about $470. I've been searching all over for these, and to find them, and at this price, is really something. I just thought I'd mention it as they seem to carry a fairly wide range of makes, and maybe someone else could find a similar deal. If you haven't seen these tan lace-ups, check them out. I think they're really extraordinary looking. I already own them in black and brown and find them really comfortable, especially when I have to spend hours on my feet.
