Cleaning the inside of a fedora

Hey guys,
I'm sure this has probably been covered before,I am looking for some ideas on cleaning a fedora from the inside.....inside band has a bit of grease on it from my Royal Crowned do! How can I clean it up without hurting my lid.

I would dap a bit of 'Dawn' soap on a rag and use your fingertip to clean the leather, and then perhaps follow up with some leather cleaner. It's what I do on the sweats and it works well. I also finish up with a disinfectant wipe for hats that will resell. For the liners, I found found that warm water and Woolite work very well. I then rinse, let it air dry and then steam it smooth.
