This may save you from having to toss that ill rolled stogie away:
Your local supermarket probably has liquid pectin somewhere near the bulk sugar/ canning supplies. It will be offered in a larger quantity than you will ever use...........but it's cheap.
Decant it into a large sealable container and then pour some into a smaller one for everyday (if you're unlucky) use. I used a military oil bottle.
This 'pectin' is basically a sugar glue and is very useful for small repairs - for bigger emergencies you can make a 'patch' with all or part of a brown rolling paper.
