Changing a vest lining?

Is it possible to get the back outer lining of a vest changed to a different color by a tailor? How much would something like that cost?

If anyone has external information that would render this thread unnecessary just let me know. Thanks.

Very easily done - I have had it done and it cost approx. £30 (but the tailor who did it is pretty expensive so could probably get it cheaper - they did a good job though).
